reed-aaron:

Aaron took out his wand. Through the common room you could hear two voices begin to shout the curse. “Cru—” Yaxley and Aaron shouted in unison. But only Aaron’s voice was the one to finish the spell.

The word fell effortlessly off his lips as he stared down at a squirming Yaxley as he tried to regain his composure. Aaron met Draco’s eyes. Trying to tell him wordlessly that he should not be punished for being a good friend. /Keep Malfoy safe./ a voice whispered through his mind. “You have no right to raise your wand at him,” Aaron hissed.

The Slytherin sixth year lowered his wand, not even bothering to disarm Yaxley.

Patrick stepped forward and cleared his throat. It was obvious that things were beginning to get out of hand. “I think it is about time we all put our wands away…” he said slowly.

Tracey was hesitant to leave him. She didn’t want to leave Elliot’s side but the look in his eyes said that she had to. She had to do it for him. She nodded as his lips let the skin on her forehead. “Please be careful. I’ll be waiting for you,” she said and gave his cheek a small peck. She then turned to Dolohov and hesitantly hooked her arm as they went up the stairs to Elliot’s bedroom. She knew she couldn’t get out now, even if she tried.

“So tell me about this embarrassing childhood you were talking about,” she said, trying to sound cheerful as they passed Malfoy. Their eyes only met for a split second but she knew he was afraid. “There was this one time…” Dolohov began in a cheery tone as they ascended the stairs.

“Wands away, Reed.” Patrick said. He walked forward, in the space between Aaron and Yaxley. “Put your wands away or I’ll tie you up. Both of you.” he said, looking at Yaxley sternly when he said the last sentence. Yaxley was still writhing in pain even when Aaron brought his wand to his side. It must have been a powerful Cruciatus if Yaxley was still experiencing effects.

Yaxley stood up, seemingly recovered from the curse but there’s still a wince on his face and a deadly look in his eyes. Patrick knew what would happen next if he didn’t act on it. “Expelliarmus!” Patrick casted, making Yaxley’s wand fly to his hand. He then casted it as well on Aaron, now both their wands are in his hand.

“I think we should deal with this as adults. So you admit in seeing a blood traitor? A Weasley, so I’ve heard.” he said nonchalantly, twisting their wands in his hands. “Not a wise choice, I might add.” he said as he paced. “After this, we’ll proceed to Malfoy’s task. We’re wasting time here.” he added.

Elliot dragged Tracey after Draco after quickly excusing himself from the group. “He isn’t in here,” he whispered lowly. “I watched him sneak out just before we—-” he heard the portrait hole swing open and his eyes widened. “Fuck…” he hissed before turning on his heel to see what was going on.

Elliot practically dragged Tracey down the steps as he rushed to get back in the commons. What he saw made his heart freeze. Aaron was currently on his hands and knees, his jaw clenched and Yaxley’s wand pointed at him.

Turning around he hurried Tracey’s face in his chest. He didn’t want her seeing this.

Aaron was being tortured by use of an Unforgivable Curse.

Aaron had quietly followed the group back to the commons and watched all the exchanges that had occurred. He was worried about his two friends(and Tracey…. why the hell die she show up?) and thought nothing of it when his threw open the commonroom door—it tended to open aggressively if you hissed the password rudely.

What he hadn’t expected was to be emediatly crucioed upon entering. He knew that Yaxley had a fucking temper but that really didn’t give him the right to curse him the second he walked in. Unprepared for the curse, Aaron dropped onto his hands and knees. His knuckled turned white from where he foster the black rug and he clenched his jaw to hold back any noise of distress.

He was so focused on what was going on with his body, completely tuned into himself not showing weakness that he didn’t know who was in the room and who wasn’t.

He opened his eyes and glared at Yaxley from his position as the curse wad lifted… only to be placed on him again.

Tracey followed Elliot, almost tripping on her own feet because of it, when the door opened. Draco called out to Aaron and she hoped he wasn’t there. Oh, but he was. As soon as Yaxley saw him, he went straight to Aaron, wand pointed at him as he muttered “Crucio!” quietly. Aaron dropped to his hands and knees but before she could yell for Yaxley to stop, Elliot pulled her close to his chest so she couldn’t see what was happening. She could hear it, though. Aaron struggling on the floor, Yaxley’s chuckle, Patrick tapping his foot. Tracey placed a hand on Elliot’s chest and closed her eyes tightly shut, trying to block everything out.

“Hello, Reed.” Yaxley said, still pointing his wand at Aaron. “So nice to see you. Let’s have a little chat, shall we?” he added in a menacing tone. Patrick walked over closer to Yaxley and placed his hand on Yaxley’s arm. “I think that’s enough,” he said, looking from Tracey’s scared form to Aaron’s struggling one and then to Yaxley.

“Don’t tell me what to do!” Yaxley said, bringing more power to his Cruciatus curse as he was angered. “I can tell you what to do because I’m in charge. Put your wand down!” Patrick hissed. “He’s a Reed. Do you want the Dark Lord to hear about you torturing (OOC: What’s Aaron’s dad’s name again? xD) Reed’s son to insanity?” he added, making him see reason.

Yaxley gave Aaron a glare and finally dropped the curse. He then cast “Incarcerous!” on Aaron, ropes magically tying him up on the spot with no chance of escape. “Now, let’s get down to business,” Yaxley said. “Is it true that you are in relations with a blood traitor?” he said, walking closer to Aaron.

“We shouldn’t split up,” Elliot called from his new position from the back of the line. “Last place I saw Aaron was in his private quarters,” he said to Draco hoping the boy would take the hint and go looking for Aaron once they got to the Slytherin Common room. He was lying about where he saw Aaron last, but he did it without leading the others to think that he was misleading them. He wanted Draco to be subjected to as little of Yaxley that was possible. If the young Malfoy messed up in the slightest, Yaxley wouldn’t hold back from cursing him—-cursing any of them just because he wanted to.

As the group moved forward Elliot hung back a few feet away from the group with Tracey. “You will not be joining the ranks do you hear me?” He sneered. He was furious that Patrick even suggested that to the Dark Lord. “I refuse to allow you to do it.” He knew that the initiation involved killing someone or torturing until near death or insanity. He didn’t want Tracey to have to live with that burden on her heart.

“Who are you to question my authority?” Patrick spat. “He happens to be right,” said Dolohov, still holding Draco by the arm. “We have no idea where Aaron’s quarters are and they do. We don’t want to open each door in the dormitory just to find one person, it’s a waste of time,” he added. Patrick was turning to an ugly shade of crimson, a sign that he was suppressing his built up anger. He didn’t say another word but hit another suit of armor to release his anger.

“Alright, lead the way then.” Dolohov told Draco brightly.

At the back, Tracey froze at Elliot’s demand. “But I… You’re here. You’re with them. And if we want… If want to keep you, I have to do whatever they want me to. It’s inevitable. No matter where I look at it, I’d have to join. One way or another.” she said. He was furious as well, it showed that he didn’t want this life for her. She didn’t want it either… but resisting it would mean that she was going to lose him and she knew it.

elliot-silver:

Elliot pulled Tracey closer to his side as she shouted insults at her brother. He knew by her tone and by how she held herself that she was furious with her brother. “Hush love,” he whispered.

At the sound of Yaxley’s voice, Elliot lost it. He had heard far too much from the man’s mouth and he knew much about Yaxley’s past doings. Spinning on his heel he pulled his wand out on the Death Eater. “If I were you Yaxley, I would shut the fuck up,” he hissed. Elliot could see the green sparks immuring from the tip of his wand. He wanted to shout out the killing curse at he man. It wouldn’t be the first time he killed someone, and then it wouldn’t be the last either.

Dolohov looked at the son of his late friend with a smirk of satisfaction. ‘If Vincent could see you now mi’boy. He would be a proud man to see you.’ He thought to himself. Walking past the group and over to Draco he grabbed he Malfoy boy by the arm. Dragging Malfoy to he front of the group he spoke up. “I do believe that Malfoy is more than capable of leading us towards the Commons and let us in. Since that is the best place to hold this ‘reunion’,” he said simply. He turned to Tracey and Elliot. “Why don’t the pair of you take up the rear,” he ordered even though he knew that Patrick Davis was technically incharge of this mission.

Elliot nodded and lowered his wand before dragging Tracey to the rear taking care to keep inbetween Tracey and Yaxley. He wondered why Patrick was daft enough to bring Yaxley into the school. But he knew that Yaxley was daft in his own way. That man was most likely the only known Death Eater to openly attack anyone he felt deserving of it. Including a Reed. Elliot took a deep breath. This was going to be a long night… he just hoped Aaron didn’t do anything to piss off Yaxley.

Tracey gave Elliot a pointed look although he was just comforting her. She was so mad at Patrick, furious at him even. How could he do that to his own sister? Condemn her for the rest of her life to be someone else’s slave. You forget, Elliot’s one of them. If you said that you’d stand by him no matter what, it’s as good as joining their ranks. She thought. It was only logical that she would join them if she wanted to spend the rest of her life with the man holding her hand right now. But she knew her loyalty wouldn’t be to the Dark Lord. Her loyalty would be with Elliot and him alone.

Elliot’s temper seems to be rising by the minute and all because of Yaxley. She grasped his hand tightly as he pointed his wand at Yaxley and rolled her eyes at Dolohov because he wasn’t any help. She knew Elliot longed for those comments about him being so much like his father. Tracey also knew that he has this side of him… it was this side that scared her a little bit. It was foreign… but it was still a part of the man she truly loved. She gave him another look, this time worry written all over her eyes.

As Dolohov grabbed Malfoy and put him a front, she couldn’t help but worry about him too. It still bugged her what purpose he has here… what Patrick and his crew wanted so bad from Draco. She just hoped it would all be over soon.

Yaxley was still glaring at Elliot, giving him looks over his shoulder but he spoke. “Let’s just get this over with,” he whispered, his voice filled with venom. “Alright then. Yaxley, go find Reed and do as you’re told and nothing more. Dolohov, with me and Malfoy. Silver, it’s up to you if you want to join us or Yaxley,” Patrick said, then she looked at Tracey. “Just get her out of harms way.” he added softly.

elliot-silver:

Elliot narrowed his eyes at his girlfriend’s brother and he felt this aweful tick in his jaw. He wanted to hex the Death Eater for making a choice like that for his own sister. Elliot would never do that to Josh. Let alone Jenna. “There is no way on hell that she will he joining the ranks,” Elliot sneered. “The Dark Lord already has you and I. He doesn’t need her.” He was glaring over his shoulder at Patrick which for some reason amused Yaxley to no end. “Seems like you should have checked with he boyfriend, eh Davis?” Yaxley laughed. Dolohov rolled his eyes at the man, the gesture unseen by Elliot. Elliot turned back to the task at hand. “If she wants to stay by my side than she can Patrick… As of right now, your words in regards to her actions mean less than mine. Got that?” He sneered. Elliot was still reeling with the fact that Patrick had promised the Dark Lord the one person that meant the world to the eldest Silver boy.

“I’m her brother! Her family! How dare you say that my words do not matter?” Patrick said, he was agitated now. Any minute, sparks will fly out of the end of his wand, aimed particularly at Elliot. She didn’t want that to happen.

“Family? Brother? You haven’t been a brother to me for a while now. You left 2 years ago and the only time you contacted me was a month ago and you call yourself my brother? You give me up to your boss… promise him something without asking for my permission and you call yourself my brother? How dare you!” she spat. “Elliot’s been more than family to me. You and Mother, you’re the same. You only care for your own sakes. You disgust me.”

Patrick opened his mouth to speak, his expression full of shame, but was interrupted by Yaxley. “This is all tear jerking and sad but we do have a task at hand, so let’s all continue and move forward. Leave all the drama for later, shall we?” he said, putting his hands together in a fashion.

Elliot stopped her in her tracks. He could see Dolohov looking amused by all of this as he peered back at the group over his shoulder. Draco had yet to say anything and he knew it would be unfair to leave the Malfoy heir alone… especially with Yaxley there. “Tracey stop. You are being a bit ridiculous, love. I cant just leave them. It’s not right. Draco doesn’t deserve to face them alone.” He cupped her cheek and dipped his head. Elliot shortly brushed his lips over hers. “If you want to make sure that I am okay, nothing is stopping you from staying by my side as I finish this.”

Without waiting for her to get a chance to protest he pulled her over to the group again. He slung his arm over her shoulder. “Shall we continue forward?” He said as if he hadn’t just been pulled away by his girlfriend. He could hear something that sounded like ‘disgusting display of affection’s spill from Yaxley’s lips. Elliot just rolled his eyes and began walking again.

Dolohov walked over to the pair. “Hello Young Miss Davis. Should I expect to be calling you Mistress Silver soon?” He asked with a suggestive wink.

Elliot rolled his eyes and wondered if the man ever acted his age. He suddenly knew why his father was such good friends with the man. So said nothing.

Tracey knew he was right, she was being ridiculous. She looked back at Draco as pale as ever and sweat dotting his forehead in early December. She knew he was a bit worried about all this and it showed. It would be wrong to take away Elliot from them, Elliot was Draco’s only option as a support system. Draco looked back at her, his gaze seemed to warn her… telling her to run away. But she couldn’t. Not like this.

She gave Elliot a longing gaze after his soft kiss and gave his hand another squeeze. “Alright, I’ll be with you,” she said. Tracey just gave Dolohov a weak smile at his question. It was a bit odd, a grown man making comments like that.

Patrick looked at both of them as they rejoined the group. “Absolutely not. Tracey you’re not supposed to be here. Go back to your room… or Elliot’s room or wherever it is that you want to go and wait for him. You are not coming with us,” Patrick said sternly.

“You may be my brother but you do not control me. Wherever Elliot goes, I go,” she told him firmly, staring him down. Patrick didn’t say anything else but he scoffed. As if to say have it your way, then.

“Wherever Elliot goes, eh? Does that mean you’ll be joining our ranks like your brother told the Dark Lord?” Yaxley asked her. As this man spoke words to address her, she couldn’t help but shiver and cower in fear. She tried not to look at him but his words stunned her. Patrick told the Dark lord I was joining them? She gave Patrick a look, cocking an eyebrow at him. Patrick avoided eye contact with her, and she assumed that what the awful man was talking about was true.

Elliot placed her behind him at Yaxley’s words. Oh yeah, give me another reason to hate you. He thought bitterly as he squeezed her hand back.

“Watch your tongue Yaxley. Superior or not. I don’t take lightly to people threatening my girlfriend.” He turned to Tracey and stared down at her displeased. “How did you break out? My charms were flawless,” he said with a scowl on his face.

Tracey gave him a little smile in spite of her fear. “You forget, I teach you charms. I sort of broke down the wall,” she said quietly, only looking at him and no one else. “I mended it back, don’t worry.”

Patrick looked a little impatient, shifting from foot to foot and tapping his fingers on his thigh. “We don’t have all day!” Patrick said, blasting another suit of armor just like what Yaxley did. Tracey flinched, she knew her brother had a temper especially when he was kept waiting.

“Calm down, Patrick!” Tracey hissed and gave him a pointed look. “If you’re not going to need Elliot anymore, I’ll take him out of your hands,” she said, pulling Elliot away from the common room as she knew they were headed there. She gave Draco a longing look, though. Wondering what exactly he was doing with them. And she hoped, for Aaron’s sake that they wouldn’t see him inside. She had a bad feeling about all of it.

Elliot rolled his eyes. “Same way you got in, Davis.” Taking a step away from Draco he turned to the older Death Eaters. “Do follow closely. You can do your interrogating in the commons. I made sure that they were vacated for the night.” His voice was laces with distaste.

Dolohov came beside Elliot. “So how’s that woman you call your mother?” Elliot eyed the Death Eater carefully. He knew that the man was once a close friend to his father and he also knew that Dolohov knew about his mother actions so long ago.

“Wouldn’t know.” He said as he began to lead the group quietly through the halls, gesturing for Draco to take the rear. They passed the hall that lead to the Gryffindor Commons and he heard a loud bang cone from behind him. Elliot froze and turned around to see a very pissed Yaxley and a suit of armour on the stone floor. Elliot rollled his eyes and hoped that no prefect or professor heard the sound as it echoed off the castle walls.

Tracey just got back from the school grounds, expecting Elliot with his brother and other death eaters. She thought they would be out there but she was wrong. She also took a mental note that they wouldn’t think of entering the castle that way, they’d be sneaky about it. And if she knew Patrick well enough, he’d bring Dolohov with him because he’s good at escaping.

Defeated, she went inside back inside the castle and made her way back to the Dungeons. She would act like she didn’t leave and she hoped, even though it sounded twisted in her head, that Elliot wasn’t there yet.

Tracey was alarmed when she heard a loud clang from the Dungeon halls. What on earth is happening?

She quickened her steps and saw them. Patrick, Draco, Dolohov (as she expected), Yaxley (This one she regretted to see) and Elliot. She ran up to him instantly and didn’t even acknowledge her brother’s presence. “I got worried.” she said quietly.

“Nice to see you too, sis.” Patrick said with a little chuckle.Tracey gave him a curt nod, still annoyed at him for being here and dragging Elliot in to this mess. “I hope you’re done with Elliot’s services now. I need him back.” she told her brother.

“How dare you defy us, girl. Just because you’re his little sister doesn’t mean you can disrupt our plans!” Yaxley yelled at her. She couldn’t help but shiver, all the memories she had when she was 6 years old flashing through her mind. She took Elliot’s hand and squeezed it tightly for support.
